Dr. Moore is a principal in multifamily assets across Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Missouri, leveraging her expertise to identify acquisition opportunities, secure funding, and maintain strong investor relationships. As a seasoned dental entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and selling successful practices across five states, Dr. Moore has transitioned her passion for business into real estate investment, where she applies the same dedication and strategic vision that drove her prior success. She has also collaborated with Diva Rescia on multifamily acquisitions, assisting with client analysis, dispositions, and acquisitions of SNF and multifamily assets, further solidifying her expertise in the field.
In addition to her accomplishments in real estate, Dr. Moore has been instrumental in expanding her family office’s investment portfolio, which has experienced significant growth over the past seven years. Her hands-on approach and commitment to creating cash-flowing assets have positioned her as a trusted leader in the multifamily investment space.
When she’s not working on expanding her portfolio, Dr. Moore enjoys traveling and exploring new activities, such as scuba diving and fitness classes. Tammy's journey in real estate began unintentionally in 1997 when she turned her home into a rental to preserve equity. What started as a necessity quickly became a passion, leading her to scale from a few properties to over 150 real estate deals, including multifamily acquisitions, joint ventures, and large-scale commercial developments. She has owned and operated apartment buildings, executed high-value projects—including a 134-unit development that sold for $17M with a 24.3% IRR—and helped investors achieve significant returns.
Tammy brings a wealth of experience in scaling real estate investments, optimizing cash flow, and navigating market cycles to maximize investor returns. Her expertise in acquisitions, value-add strategies, and innovative financial tools like deferred sales trusts ensures strong risk management and high-yield opportunities.
A public speaker at real estate events, she shares her knowledge on portfolio growth, risk mitigation, and long-term wealth creation.
